The Filson Dry Backpack is expertly crafted with robust 840-denier nylon tarpaulin fabric coated in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), ensuring complete waterproofing. This material offers the benefits of lightweight, flexibility, and excellent abrasion resistance compared to polyester or canvas. The TPU coating is highly flexible and resistant to UV light and chemicals, guaranteeing long-lasting durability. The RF-welded seams fuse fabric layers seamlessly, while all webbing and padding are securely stitched to an additional waterproof layer.
The backpack features padded, anatomically-curved shoulder straps with D-rings, an adjustable sternum strap, and a reliable roll-top closure. Additional conveniences include a front zippered expandable-mesh pocket and an interior mesh zipper-security pocket.
