Purdey Grouse Butt Marker

The Purdey marker disc has distance zones marked on one side to log the grouse you've shot. Any birds marked on the disc are easily wiped off as they are retrieved. The reverse prompts notes to satisfy the most particular of grouse shots. The leather wallet is made from selected vegetable tanned hide and contains a compass with brass surround to record wind direction etc., a solid brass fixing spike, a rain fast marker crayon and a spare. A leather thong connects the spike, the disc and the marker crayon.
